If your body is under-nourished and mineral imbalanced, there can be a cascade of symptoms like fatigue, irritability, digestive issues, hair loss, headaches or migraines, inability to gain or lose weight, running cold or hot, low libido, period problems, aches, inflammation

if your mind is over-activated by sympathetic “fight or flight” nervous system dominance and burdened with unprocessed trauma, healing may be impeded by negative self-talk, limiting beliefs or misunderstandings about your body’s innate healing ability

By uniting a nourished, well-mineralized body with a calm reflective mind, you allow a meaningful two way dialogue to easily engage your parasympathetic “rest and digest” nervous system and allow the mind to curiously respond to the body’s subtle expression of needs

"Working with Anna was the best thing I’ve done for my health in a really long time. My daily habits have completely changed now. Her knowledge each step of the way motivated me to make drastic changes that I never would have considered before (like delaying coffee in the morning until after a meal!). She met me where I was - making gradual changes and sharing the logic behind them. I started noticing my body responding within the first two weeks - more energy, calmness, and inner stability. At the end of our time working together now I feel healthier, enjoy more mental clarity, and feel empowered to work WITH the healing power of my body. I am so glad I found her and am grateful for all that she did for me!!"

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis

A Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive test I use to determine a person's mineral levels to reveal stress patterns and guide a mineral balancing action plan. A small hair sample is taken near the scalp and analyzed to identify levels of essential minerals like sodium, potassium and magnesium, as well as metals like mercury, and aluminum.

After each session, clients receive action items tailored to their individual healing needs. • Do you accept insurance?
I am not a licensed medical professional, so I do not accept insurance. However, many insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that may cover some or all of the cost of my services. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to see if they will cover my services.
  • What kind of approach do you take?
I take an integrative and holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I focus on finding the underlying cause of health issues and making the stress connection rather than simply spot treating symptoms. I take into account the whole person and their life story - mind, body, and spirit - to identify healing opportunities and craft strategies to promote lasting well-being. I want clients to walk away from our time together feeling resourced for anything that arises.
  • How do you work with clients?
I work with clients on a one-on-one basis, virtually, in a container of several months. We start with a no cost initial consultation to assess your health concerns and healing goals to ensure we are a good fit. From there, we create a personalized action plan that includes nutrition, mineral rebalancing, stress reduction, lifestyle, and self-care recommendations. I interpret some lab work such as Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and iron-related blood markers. We have regular check-ins to track progress, adjust the healing plan as needed, provide ongoing support and accountability.
  • Is the Root Cause Protocol safe for everyone?
The Root Cause Protocol is a holistic approach to health and wellness and is generally considered safe for most people. However, as with any health protocol, it is important to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any major changes to your diet or supplement regimen.
  • How long does the process usually take?
The length of the process varies depending on the individual and the specific health concerns being addressed. Some clients see results within a few weeks, while others may take several months. It's important to remember that healing is a journey and progress is not always linear.
  • What kind of results can I expect to see?
Results vary depending on the individual, but some common outcomes include improved energy levels, better digestion, better sleep, improved mood, reduced sugar cravings, less painful periods and a greater sense of overall vitality. Additionally, many people report reduced symptoms of chronic health conditions. By the end of our time together, the healing journey continues, and my goal is for clients to feel well-equipped and resourced.
  • What kind of services do you offer?
I offer a variety of services, including nutrition plans, mineral rebalancing, supporting healing from migraines, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal fatigue, estrogen dominance, sympathetic nervous system dominance, digestive issues, and more. I also integrate techniques for stress reduction such as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) "tapping." I interpret Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, some iron-related blood work and whole food-based supplement recommendations as needed.
  • How often do we meet?
We will typically meet every 2 weeks for check-ins, but I also provide unlimited email support in between sessions to ensure you have ongoing support and accountability throughout the process.
  • Can I continue to see my regular doctor while working with you?
Yes, absolutely. I work alongside your regular healthcare provider to support and complement their care. I encourage open communication with your doctor to ensure that all of your healthcare needs are being met.
  • Are your recommendations based on scientific evidence?
Yes, my recommendations are based on scientific research and evidence-supported practices. I also regularly update my knowledge and skills by pursuing continuing education studies.
  • How much does it cost to work with you?
My rates vary depending on the service you choose. I offer a no cost initial session, and my packages vary from 4 months to 1 year. The packages can be divided into monthly payments as a more cost-effective way to improve your health and well-being.
  • What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) "tapping"?
Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is an evidence supported alternative treatment for emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. EFT tapping focuses on gently tapping key meridian points of the body with the fingertips to relieve stress or symptoms of a negative experience or emotion. Based on Chinese medicine, meridian points are thought of as areas of the body energy flows through. These pathways help balance energy flow to maintain health. Stimulating the meridian points through EFT tapping may reduce stress or negative emotion, ultimately restoring balance to disrupted energy.
  • What is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach?
An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a professional trained in a variety of dietary theories who helps clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. They focus on bio-individuality and believe in the importance of both nutrition and "primary food" such as joy, creativity, relationships, spirituality, physical activity, intellectual growth. They are skilled in creating a unique plan to address the whole person – mind, body, and spirit.
  • What is a Root Cause Protocol Consultant
A Root Cause Protocol Consultant is a professional trained in the Root Cause Protocol (RCP), a holistic approach to identifying and addressing the underlying causes of chronic health conditions. They are trained in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and a unique "Full Monty" blood panel to assess client's iron recycling system. They view clients through the lens of health verses disease and aim to strengthen the host verses target the invader. They avoid synthetic vitamins, favoring whole food sources of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. With an awareness that stress causes mineral loss and later disease, a strong focus is placed on connecting mind and body, along with lifestyle changes to help clients achieve optimal health.
